EN 16351 — Cross-laminated timber — product requirements
Clause 5–6. Specifies layup, board grading, adhesive bonding and dimensional tolerances for CLT, including a moisture content of 12 % ± 2 % at manufacture and declared rolling-shear performance. Exposure of CLT during construction is the dominant cause of in-service moisture problems; the standard assumes protected service classes 1 and 2.
